Pre-Assembled Partitions (Chipboard & Corrugated)

Our company was founded on corrugated partitions, and we have worked hard ever since to grow and make them better. Our pre-assembled chipboard and corrugated partitions are made to order and ready to go. With capabilities to run everything from prototypes to high-volume orders, we deliver solutions that are custom-fit to your products.

Partitions are fabricated on specialty die-cutters capable of running both web-fed and sheet chipboard or corrugated board, and automatic equipment is used for efficient assembly of either type of material.

Chipboard Partitions

  • We offer "INTERSTAK," a proprietary high-performance chipboard with improved stacking and handling strength.
  • Multi-cell partitions and top and bottom lock available.
  • Automation-compatible options.

Corrugated Partitions

  • Available in single or double wall to increase stacking strength.
  • Improved cushioning—great for export applications.
  • Includes 6-cell glued, coated, and automation-compatible varieties. (Ask us about cell sizes.)

We offer custom sizes for chipboard partitions, single- and double-wall corrugated partitions, and coated, automation-compatible, and specialty die-cut options. Corrugated Packaging

Boxes are everywhere, but not all boxes are built the same. We manufacture corrugated packaging that holds up and supports your products.

  • Standard box styles – RSC, FOL, HSC
  • Available in all flutes, single and double wall
  • Die-cut boxes, specialty items, and inner packaging are produced to your specifications
  • Specialty corrugated products available – fan-fold, litho-laminated cartons, and triple wall
  • Litho-labeling, build-up pads, and other products are available upon request
  • Emergency and rush services available
