behind the boxes

About Interpack

You need materials that show up on time, protect your products, and do exactly what they’re supposed to. That’s where we come in.

since 1983

Our Story

Interpack was founded in 1983 with a focus on manufacturing corrugated partitions, meeting a real need in the packaging industry for high-quality materials and reliable service. As the industry evolved, so did we. We expanded into chipboard partitions, full corrugated packaging, and now offer a complete line of name-brand packaging materials and equipment. Today, Interpack serves the entire industry—from local startups to large-scale manufacturers and everything in between—by delivering smart, flexible solutions backed by over 40 years of hands-on experience.

Our Mission

To provide quality packaging and top-tier service to our customers while creating a desirable workplace for our employees.

Our Core Values

These aren’t just words on a wall for our team. They guide how we build relationships, solve problems, and keep delivering for our customers on the production floor, out in the community, and behind the scenes, making sure your packaging gets where it needs to go.

Community Involvement

We believe a strong business starts with a strong community. That’s why we stay involved through supporting local causes, showing up for our neighbors, and investing in the people and places that have supported us from the start.

Honesty & Respect

We keep things real, treat people right, and communicate with transparency. No runaround. No cutting corners. Holding ourselves to the highest standards of honesty and respect with every customer, supplier, and employee is how we’ve built trust in this industry and how we plan to keep it.

Accountability

We take ownership of what we do—every cut, every shipment, and every decision. When things go right, we celebrate as a team. When there’s a problem, we fix it fast.

Sincerity

There’s no guesswork in our intentions. We mean what we say, and we follow through. There’s no corporate script here—just real people doing solid work. Our sincerity shows up in how we talk to customers, how we treat each other, and how we build long-term relationships across the industry.

Excellent Customer Service

We go the extra mile—not because we have to, but because that’s just how we operate. We’re here to solve problems, simplify the process, and make packaging easier for you. You’ll receive real support and smart solutions from people who know what they’re doing.

How We Work

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter service. We take the time to understand your business, then build custom packaging solutions that work for you, whether it’s a single box or a full-scale operation. With no minimums and no wasted time, we serve a wide range of manufacturing industries with straightforward service from a friendly, efficient, and experienced team.

In Loving Memory of Ed Sutton

Former Owner, Interpack Inc.

Ed Sutton was more than a businessman—he was a builder of relationships, a believer in people, and the heart behind Interpack Inc. After purchasing the company in 2002, Ed poured his energy, vision, and entrepreneurial spirit into every corner of the business. His philosophy was simple yet powerful: give people a chance, and always lead with trust.

In 2013, Ed hired Chaise Myers, a young man with sharp instincts and an eagerness to learn. It didn’t take long for Ed to recognize something special in Chaise. What started as a professional relationship quickly deepened into something more—Chaise became the son Ed never had. Their bond was built on mutual respect, shared values, and a love for the business they both believed in. Ed sold Chaise the Business in 2019 with hopes to keep it running for years to come.

A salesman to his core, Ed had an uncanny ability to connect with anyone. He approached every conversation with warmth and sincerity, and never missed an opportunity to lift others up. Those who knew him knew they had an advocate—someone who saw their potential even when they couldn’t see it themselves.

Standing beside Ed through every chapter of life was his beloved wife, Jeannie. For over 50 years, Jeannie was not only his partner in marriage but also his steadfast supporter through all the highs and lows of business ownership. Together, they built a legacy grounded in integrity, hard work, and love.

Today, we carry that legacy forward under Chaise’s leadership. Ed would be immensely proud of the way Chaise is growing and guiding Interpack with the same heart and conviction that defined his own approach.

We miss Ed every day—but his spirit lives on in the work we do, the people we serve, and the values we uphold.

With love and gratitude,

The Interpack Family
